So I'm in the 'pines' having a hell of a time,too much a good time to post.

It's another world here, like nothing I've ever seen, smelt, or heard before.

Leaving on a jet plane...

Eeeeeeekk!!! So tomorrow morning at approximately 9 am I'm heading of for a three week adventure to the Philippines. City, Shops, and Beach! aaaah so excited, been working non-stop so I've been counting the days. I get back a few weeks before Uni starts back, well rested and happy hopefully.

Okay, so most people probably know all about this guy, but I only just found out about him! He used to be a singer back in the day and since has used to his celebrity to voice his opinion, which is usually his anger on the major world issues, namely the war in the Middle East. Look him up on youtube and have a listen to a few of his speeches, I don't agree wholeheartedly with everything he says, but there's some thoughts that are mind blowing. I watched this one about women he like's dating. "Your not much of reader? - I'm not much of a dinner buyer get the hell out of my car." *Swoon* Oh Henry.

See, you can't admit to wanting it because that makes you less cool. To be truly popular, it has to look like it's something you are, when in reality, it's what you make yourself. So how do you crack the inner sanctum? Well here's the catch: it's not up to you. What's important is what everyone else thinks of how you dress, what you eat for lunch, what shows you watch, what music is on your ipod.

I found this page ripped out of god know's what book in my suitcase as I was packing. Past me obviously liked it, and I guess I sort of do to, I mean it's a bit cliche and a bit teen angst but I'm a sucker for deep broody thoughts and emotion, even if they are cliche.

Life's been hectic, I've been so busy getting ready for my adventure overseas that I completely fell off the radar in reference to this blog. I want to post more but i'm so apathetic towards life hahahaha. Not really, I'm just lazy. Hopefully I'll blog a few times whilst overseas and there'll be a big one when I return. Anywho that's not until the end of this week coming that I leave. Tonight i'm off to a work friends 18th, with a bunch of girls from work, so that should be super. I've recently redecorated my room, got a desk to organise myself and to seduce me into studying (hopefully) cleaned out the massive closet that i now have all to my self. It's looking amazing I must say.

It's Christmas!

Merry Christmas to one and all!!

So the past month I've been preparing for this moment, listening to Elton and Joss belt out my favourite Carol, Cooking and Baking to feed thousands (not really) wrapping presents with many paper cuts to prove it. But I have to say it's all worth while :) Christmas is magical. It's like written in our DNA that everyone must be happy on Christmas day. My twelve year old brother woke me at 4:44am but had to wait until 8:00am to unwrap presents so I was lucky enough to endure him for the 3 hours. I must admit his excitement and enthusiasm wore off on me and by 7:50 I was sitting under the tree eyeing off my Stocking.

What a day it was, showered with gifts, amazing food, great wine and the best company. I'll post some photo's later on of the day.

I hope everyone had a spectacular time, now for new years eve, here we come 2010!
